Have you ever gone to Sam the cooking guy's website? I would highly encourage you to do it! Today was the first time I've ever looked around for a while, and there are some awesome and EASY recipes on there. My friend Kim (MFK) is his bookkeeper and says that he's really a great guy, and he has a great "culinary point of view" (for anyone who watches the next food network star). David is a little star-struck by Sam the cooking guy. He must live near us. We saw him at our neighborhood Rubio's a few months ago. I pointed him out (he is unmistakeable with those dark-rimmed glasses). David ran up and said hi and shook his hand. He was so excited. HA HA! It was so funny!
I LOVE Sam the Cooking Guy. I hate that I only have Direct TV so I don't get channel 4 and I can't watch his show. But I regularly check out his website. He's awesome! I make his guacamole all the time - it's a huge hit.
